London-based insights agency Motif has appointed former Illuminas Partner Julian Adams as Head of Custom, responsible for managing a team of researchers and working on the firm's largest accounts.
Previously known as Network Research, Motif specialises in understanding how businesses can commercialise loyalty across all industry sectors. Adams (pictured) joins after more than twenty years at global research consultancy Illuminas, which included time spent at the group's Quantyc Data Services business. His particular area of expertise is the development of consumer and business segmentations in a variety of different markets (particularly in the financial sector) and he has worked with both B2B and B2C brands.
