UK-based research and data business Delineate has formally moved to a full SaaS (software as a service) model, through the launch of a platform called Proximity.
Delineate links consumer brands with their customers, via a platform connected to consumer panels with access to respondents in more than 130 countries. Its new Proximity platform uses pre-configured or bespoke client surveys and connects to global sample marketplaces for respondent access, delivering data in real-time through a direct API connection, business intelligence tools, or a web app.
The firm says that through the launch, for the first time, brands can experience brand tracking and campaign evaluation at the same speed and structure as social media or search data. Commenting on the shift, founder and President James 'JT' Turner (pictured) said: 'Proximity is the first step towards realising our ambition of revolutionising survey research. Through automation and a modern tech stack, we remove the need for manual sampling, data processing and tabulation, allowing marketers to experience the benefits of robust research methodologies and big data thinking in one solution.'
