Video feedback platform Discuss.io has launched new capabilities called CX Collections, through which users can upload, organize, analyze and share insights from any owned video content from apps like Zoom and Microsoft Teams.
Seattle-based Discuss.io offers an enterprise-level smart video platform, and has grown rapidly with the help of funding partners including its client Unilever. Its new capabilities are designed to enable users to create libraries of live and recorded videos, and organize, search, edit, analyze and share their insights content. The firm says unlimited amounts of recorded conversations can be uploaded, without the fear of them being auto-deleted per data storage limits.
The launch includes the addition of new capabilities to the firm's Augmented Insights intelligence tools, which focus on providing sentiment around key themes and, in the case of Theme Finder, also automatically creates video clips around when the themes are discussed.
Jim Longo (pictured), co-founder and Chief Strategy Officer, comments: 'Shortening the time it takes to move from customer conversations to actionable insights is a key part of our vision for the future and the way we bring data to life. We are excited to add both another dimension to our smart video platform and even more industry-leading functionality to Augmented Insights, solving the most common challenges that insights teams face every day'.
