Data and research services company Schlesinger Group has acquired Delvinia's automated research platform Methodify, and its online consumer panel AskingCanadians, for an undisclosed sum. The announcement coincides with the launch of 'Methodify Reimagined'.
Research tech and data collection company Delvinia launched Methodify in 2015, to automate the process of gathering and sharing consumer research data, promising marketers access to customer insight in as little as 48 hours. AskingCanadians, which was established in 2005, provides access to more than one million of the country's consumers.
Following the sale, Delvinia executives - founder and CEO Adam Froman, President and Chief Innovation Officer Steve Mast, and Methodify CEO Raj Manocha - will continue to lead the Methodify and AskingCanadians businesses and teams from their headquarters in Toronto, Canada.
CEO Steve Schlesinger comments: 'The addition of Methodify and its team's exceptional talent to Schlesinger's capabilities brings immediate innovative opportunities for our clients. It reinforces our strategy to continue the digital transformation of marketing research and accelerates our vision to become the global leader in research technology and data solutions for smarter insights'.
