Omnicom-owned data-driven marketing agency network Hearts & Science has promoted UK MD Garrett O'Reilly to the role of UK Chief Executive Officer.
Launched in the US in 2016, Hearts & Science helps clients with personalized digital marketing, through a combination of CRM and addressable channels, and real-time insights and targeting. Headquartered in New York, the business currently has twenty four offices in fifteen countries. O'Reilly (pictured) joined in 2017 as Head of Client Experience, having previously worked for M2M as Managing Partner, and OMD UK as Associate Communications Planning Director.
In his new role, O'Reilly will take primary responsibility for building on the company's growth in the UK. He currently sits on the Omnicom Media Group UK board and will continue to report to OMG's UK CEO Dan Clays, who comments: 'Garrett has shown incredible leadership over the last two years and he is hugely trusted by his clients, everyone at Hearts and the rest of our OMG UK Board. He has the mind of a strategic planner, the technical nous of digital specialist and the way he has taken the lead on sustainability reflects his commitment to the wider industry.
