In Auckland, New Zealand, research and insights agency TRA has appointed Joanne Reid as Head of Client Service, supported by Bryce Kelliher and Melanie Kozak, who join as Business Directors.
TRA, which opened its first Australian office in Melbourne last year, offers a range of services including research, strategy, behavioural science, cultural analysis, data and analytics, design and new venture development. Reid joins from Fonterra Brands NZ (FBNZ), where she served as Group Marketing Manager, Insights and Innovation, leading the brand's long-term innovation pipeline and insights portfolio and strategy. Before this, she worked at Air New Zealand and Tourism New Zealand, locally and across key international markets such as China, USA, Australia and the UK.
Kelliher brings two decades of client-side insights experience to TRA, with skills and capabilities in the tourism and retail sectors. Most recently, he was Global Manager Insights at Tourism New Zealand and prior to that, he held client-side roles with The Warehouse Group and Countdown (then Progressive Enterprises). Kozak joins from Southern Cross Health Society, where she served as Head of VOC, prior to which, she held senior marketing roles at Air NZ, ANZ and the Heart Foundation.
