Shopper marketing consultancy Behaviorally has expanded to France, opening a Paris hub and appointing Damien Arrouas as Vice President, Customer Success to lead the local team.
Formerly known as PRS IN VIVO USA, the firm applies its proprietary behavioral framework and in-depth category expertise to help retail brands understand consumers and make better shopper marketing decisions. Arrouas (pictured) joins with about two decades of experience in behavioral insights and marketing. Most recently, he served as Executive Director of The NPD Group, before which, he spent nearly five years at Kantar, where he was latterly Country Manager for Nigeria. Earlier, he was Consumer Insight Director, P&G at Europanel; and Client Executive at Ipsos.
