User experience (UX) platform WEVO has added an AI tool which it says helps user researchers go from 'experience test' to 'ready insights' in minutes. It has also updated its platform with a new dashboard and enhanced diagnostics.
Founded in 2016, WEVO uses AI to uncover audience insight and predict conversion outcomes without the need for A/B tests. Its WEVO Journey solution tracks customers' experience across a client's web site for targeting and engagement purposes, and was enhanced in August with the addition of a Custom Questions feature, allowing customers to add their own UX questions.
New capabilities have been designed to support better collaboration with team members on user insights. The new Up-Vote feature allows users to flag WEVO Key Findings, endorsing those that are most meaningful, and enabling users to more easily address key findings with stakeholders. In addition, WEVO's improved dashboard helps researchers pinpoint key findings and share reports and insights across their organization and stakeholders; and the addition of User-Driven Key Findings allows users to add their feedback with more in-depth synthesis and recommendations. In combination with Key Findings, the firm says User-Driven Key Findings offers a designated area for internal and agency experts to synthesize insights, add notes and share recommendations.
The firm is led by CEO and co-founder Nitzan Shaer (pictured) and is online at www.wevoconversion.com .
