UK-based mobile phone data firm RealityMine has launched a solution called RealLife Events, through which clients can deliver surveys to users, triggered by digital behaviour such as using a specific app, web site or making specific search queries.
RealityMine helps major MR and media organisations monitor real consumers on multiple devices, across all major platforms. The firm says the new RealLife Events solution unifies the collection of observed and contextual data, providing clients with a more comprehensive view of users' digital behaviour.
Billy Grant (pictured), Head of Product, adds: 'Traditional survey research is not typically connected or validated against the behaviour it seeks to understand. RealLife Events bridges this insight gap. For example, if someone is browsing a certain category or using a certain app, a researcher can send a follow-up survey shortly after that behaviour to capture a response when recall rates are at their highest'.
