Customer lifecycle and user retention platform CleverTap has launched a database tool called TesseractDB, promising to deliver in-context, timely, personalized messaging and recommendations across all user touchpoints.
CleverTap, which has offices in San Francisco, Seattle, London, Singapore and Mumbai, offers a suite allowing brands to convert, engage, retain and grow their mobile user base, aided by machine learning and behavioral analytics. Last month, the firm agreed to acquire San Francisco-based Leanplum, a multi-channel customer engagement platform, with development centers and customer teams across North America, Europe, Latin America, India, Southeast Asia and the Middle East.
The new TesseractDB uses machine learning and artificial intelligence to convert massive amounts of first-party user data for personalization initiatives. Users can harness data and context for every interaction, while removing spam and transactional-related communication.
CleverTap Chief Strategy Officer and Leanplum co-founder Momchil Kyurkchiev (pictured) comments: 'With TesseractDB, CleverTap provides the industry's most versatile segmentation and data processing engine for mobile engagement. The tool is designed to provide MarTech professionals a cost-effective and efficient way to capture unlimited data streams and deliver actionable insights and analytics to drive personalization and engagement'.
