Retail data and research firm VST (Virtual Store Trials) has promoted Charlotte Kiddle to the newly created position of Chief Research & Partnership Officer.
Founded in 2016 by former dunnhumby exec Nick Theodore, London-based VST creates virtual stores to help retailers assess the at-shelf outcome of any assortment change. Earlier this year, the firm launched a solution called E-commerce Fixture Testing, which offers a virtual simulation of eCommerce sites and apps through which CPG brands can conduct tests.
Kiddle (pictured) joined in 2020 as an Account Director, having previously served as Head of Quant at The Source Insight, and spent a decade at Brainjuicer (now System1 Research), latterly as Deputy UK MD. She began her career at TNS/NFO.
Commenting on the news, Theodore said: 'We're excited to promote Charlotte to the role of Chief Research & Partnerships Officer - the first non-founding member on the leadership team. Since Charlotte joined us, she has expanded the reach of VST with existing clients across the globe and created research market-leading propositions for insight agencies based on her extensive research experience'.
