First CTO for Stagwell Marketing Cloud

In the US, marcoms network Stagwell has appointed Mansoor Basha as the first Chief Technology Officer for its Marketing Cloud (SMC).

Mansoor BashaLaunched earlier this year, the SMC offers a suite of technology products for in-house marketers, spanning capabilities such as brand intelligence to media activation and influencer management. Products within the cloud include augmented reality platform Around; predictive AI platform Prophet, influencer management platform Koalifyed, and competitive brand intelligence solutions Harris Brand Platform.

Basha (pictured) joins with more than twenty years' experience across product development, management and marketing, engineering, and new business development. Most recently, he worked at Accenture's Applied Intelligence practice, where he was responsible for strategy and consulting, data-led transformation, cloud analytics, artificial intelligence and machine learning-based use cases, as well as scenario analysis. Earlier, he was VP of Product Management at globaledit, Head of Product Management, AI/ML at Wade & Wendy, Director of Product Management at DataXu, and CTO at Adeo Health Science.

In his new role, Basha will be responsible for the technology roadmap, data strategy and cloud portfolio integration across the SMC.
