KS&R Promotes Three Long-term Employees

US-based strategic consultancy and MR firm KS&R has promoted long-term employees Jen Longo, Brian St. Onge and Lindsay Campbell to the position of Director.

Syracuse, NY-based KS&R (Knowledge Systems & Research) works for clients across a broad range of sectors including technology, business services, entercom and recreation, healthcare, retail and eCommerce, and transportation and logistics. Last year, the firm acquired consumer motivation and influencing specialist Buyer Persona Institute, and now operates it as a distinct division; and Tumble, an 'Experience Lab' for human-centred design.

Longo joined seventeen years ago, and has since led research in the broadband, mobility, and video service categories, working with telecoms and entertainment industry clients. St. Onge, who has been with KS&R for over fifteen years, leads the Tumble Experience Lab; and Campbell, who joined in 2008, specializes in the retail and eCommerce sectors - with a background in voice of the customer, brand health tracking, path to purchase, journey mapping, and segmentation.
