Ad targeting and retargeting specialist Criteo has appointed former dunnhumby exec Marc Fischli as Executive Managing Director, EMEA, while HookLogic UK founder Nicole Kivel rejoins the company as Managing Director, Northern Europe.
Criteo combines predictive software and consumer intent / purchasing data to deliver targeted ads in real time. The firm has bolstered its offer with the acquisitions of performance marketing company BrandLogic, online ad targeting specialist DataPop, and programmatic ad tech firm IPONWEB.
In France, Fischli joins with more than twenty years of retail and CPG experience, including fifteen at Tesco's customer data science company dunnhumby, latterly as Chief Client Officer responsible for global Commercial and Client Operations teams.
In his new role, Fischli is responsible for driving revenue across the company's enterprise and growth client segments for EMEA, reporting into Brian Gleason, Chief Revenue Officer, who comments: 'Marc has dedicated his career to helping retailers and brands drive sustainable growth through adopting and implementing customer-centric strategies. He brings unrivalled industry knowledge from working with some of the world's most sophisticated and respected companies across multiple geographies'.
Kivel is re-joining Criteo in London, having previously worked on the activation side of the business in Northern Europe before leaving in 2021 to join word-of-mouth specialist BazaarVoice. Earlier she launched performance marketing agency HookLogic UK, prior to its 2016 acquisition by Criteo. In her new role, she oversees the commercial organisation for large enterprise clients across the key northern European region inclusive of the UK, Benelux and the Nordics.
