In the US, recruitment intelligence solution HireLogic has raised $6m in a series A round of funding, which it will use to expand the capabilities of its conversational analytics platform.
HireLogic was founded by recruitment industry execs Umesh Ramakrishnan, Nancy Albertini, and Buster Houchins of Kingsley Gate Partners, to help organizations improve the process of evaluating candidates with better data and insights. The firm's conversational analytics platform is based on decades of recruiting experience and uses advanced AI models to extract insights by listening to any in-person or remote interview.
New funding has been led by Joseph (Joe) Landy, former Partner and co-CEO of Warburg Pincus, who now joins the HireLogic Board of Directors. Existing investors who were involved in HireLogic's seed round, also participated in the series A investment, which brings the total raised to date to $10m.
Anirban Chakrabarti (pictured), HireLogic CEO, comments: 'HireLogic will benefit tremendously from having access to Joe's guidance and network as we embark on our next phase of growth and go to market activities. I want to thank Nancy, Umesh, and Buster for their enormous support, domain expertise, and customer insights that built the foundation for HireLogic. We are grateful for their guidance that has enabled our AI driven innovation to address the needs of the large global talent acquisition market.'
