Panel management platform Sample Ninja has announced a partnership with Research Defender, aiming to further improve their capabilities in fraud detection.
Research Defender's secure platform helps clients take control of their traffic and the quality of their product, promising to create 'a clean, healthy and efficient ecosystem in the research industry' - the firm does not own or operate its own respondent panel or exchange. SampleNinja aims to provide panel managers and providers with 'the industry's highest quality respondents in a flexible and easily scalable way'.
Last month Sample Ninja partnered with all-in-one, APl-driven sampling platform Zamplia to provide users with a unified platform for conducting research. The latest tie-up will give Sample Ninja's panel platform users double strength fraud detection, especially at the fundamental recruitment stage of the panel building process.
Research Defender founder & CEO Vignesh Krishnan (pictured) comments: 'We appreciate that Sample Ninja has selected Research Defender as their partner to enable their clients to fight sample fraud. We have spent years building the best in breed toolset to combat the growing problem that our industry faces'. For Sample Ninja, CEO Tariq Mirza says, 'Fraud detection alongside Panelist quality metrics are the two most important jigsaw pieces of building the best quality panels and providing the best Paneilist respondent experience in the industry in our eyes. This partnership also allows complimentary entry point fraud detection initiatives to Sampleninja Platform users, so that they can further cement their goals of providing industry leading quality driven panels and ensure best panelists experience'.
