Berlin-based insights platform developer Market Logic Software has launched DeepSights, which it describes as the 'first' AI assistant trained to answer business questions about market research and intelligence.Market Logic, which also has an office in Chicago, offers artificial intelligence for insights management, with specialist machine learning models for the consumer packaged goods, healthcare, finance and insurance sectors. The new DeepSights, which uses Open AI's GPT, has been trained to understand the context of questions - exploring MR insights and providing full sentence answers that include links to citations from verified sources.
Insights on topics like customer trends and preferences can be accessed simply by asking DeepSights a question in the same way users would speak with a colleague.
Olaf Lenzmann (pictured), Chief Innovation & Product Officer, comments: 'Consumer-facing organisations, in particular, are generating a wealth of potentially game-changing insight, but the challenge has always been how to share this information effectively across the business. Using AI, DeepSights solves that problem, allowing decision-makers to access trusted and contextualised insights in real time'.
