British-based Mediatel is to rebrand with the name of its parent group Adwanted, two years on from its acquisition by the US- and France-focused company. The firm tracks trends across digital and traditional media.
The firm's analysis platform, Mediatel Connected, aggregates media research data from a variety of sources and last year launched an app called Performance, allowing users to channel digital marketing spend based on trends, performance scores and modelling.
Writing on group publication www.the-media-leader.com , CEO Greg Grimmer (pictured) said, 'The last two years have been a textbook example of how to integrate a company into a larger group and I am proud to say that we have retained all of our key talent and incorporated Mediatel's core values into the wider group. This new phase brings the businesses across Adwanted Group closer together, each benefitting from the collective expertise, shared tech, and extensive networks to create even better services for our clients'.
The newly named Adwanted UK will add new products and services with the aim of becoming 'the advertising industry's Number-One destination for tech and information', according to Grimmer.
