Panel management platform Sample Ninja has launched a mobile app solution to enhance panelist engagement while doubling up on fraud protection measures.
Founded by long-time MR software industry exec Tariq Mirza and Kinesis Survey Technologies co-founder Juha Vehnia, Austin, TX and London-based Sample Ninja was established to provide fully automated sampling with 'advanced sample balancing', avoiding the need for constant adjustments as projects proceed. Earlier this year, the firm announced a partnership with Research Defender, aiming to further improve fraud detection capabilities.
Its new mobile app, which has been designed for both Apple and Android-based devices, provides an alternative method for communicating with app users in a 'far less intrusive manner', either in-app or through push notifications. Mirza (pictured) says that the app is designed to ensure that respondents have the best possible user experience, citing data highlighting that app-based invitations lead to an uptick in engagement compared with just e-mail invitations.
'We are incredibly excited to bring this level of innovation and sophistication to the marketplace and proud to facilitate the drive towards higher quality panelist experience. The mobile apps offer considerable functionality out of the box, and as well as the ability to extend this functionality should clients wish to take this to the next level,' Mirza adds.
