In New Zealand, insights platform Yabble has launched a plugin on the ChatGPT plugin store, using social media and global trend data alongside AI to generate research samples in minutes.
Founded in 2013 by former Kantar exec Kathryn Topp and branding specialist Rachel O'Shea, Yabble uses machine learning and natural language processing to help brands connect with more than 62 million consumers globally, and collect data in real time. In December, the firm launched an AI-powered tool called Summarize, to generate summaries of insights from long-form data at 'unprecedented speed'.
The firm says its new ChatGPT plugin enables users to transform the process of data collection and analysis, turning what might have taken days or weeks into an 'instantaneous experience'. Topp comments: 'The power of generative AI is changing our industry immeasurably every day. Through the reach of Yabble's ChatGPT plugin a whole new generation of users can unlock insights with incredible ease and speed making data driven decision making a reality for every one on every project'.
