UK Pharma Researcher Purdie Pascoe Promotes Two

UK-based healthcare market researcher Purdie Pascoe has promoted Vanessa Slade to Research Director, while Sebastian Newton moves up to the role of Associate Director.

Founded in 2008 by former Synovate Healthcare execs Marianne Purdie and Guy Pascoe, the company offers full service qual and quant MR to the medical device and diagnostics industries. Slade joined in 2021 as an AD, prior to which, she was a Senior Researcher at healthcare intelligence platform Mind+Matter, and she worked at Ashfield Insight & Performance (now merged with Mind+Matter), at health communications consultancy Pegasus, and Adelphi Research. Since joining Purdie Pascoe, Slade has helped grow the company's Companion Diagnostics and Precision Medicine practice.

Newton joined in 2021 as Research Manager, overseeing a range of qualitative and quantitative projects across pharma, medical devices and diagnostics. Earlier, he was Research Manager at Tangible, and an SRE at Adelphi Research UK. At Purdie Pascoe, Newton has helped drive qual and deliverable innovations.
