US firm Fuel Cycle has launched a platform called Research Engine, promising brands access to any audience through dynamic insights communities and global networks.
Fuel Cycle offers a 'Market Research Cloud' which integrates 'human insight' with business data, and automated quant and qual research solutions to drive product innovation, brand intelligence and enhanced user experience. The new Research Engine, combined with an insights platform, will help brands to connect with customers, prospects and employees.
Users can access a research community through which to conduct both qual and quant research. Research Engine is supported by automated processing to calculate key performance indicators in seconds, and machine learning to enable discovery of priority audiences. In addition, secure APIs enable unification of operational, experiential and research data through bespoke integrations and ready-to-use workflows.
