New York-based customer engagement platform Emplifi has launched Unified Analytics, an integrated solution to analyse and present customer data in an easily digestible format.
The new service is integrated within the company's Customer Engagement platform, and brings together social media data, customer service data, VoC insights and influencer marketing analytics to provide 'deep business insights' to improve the customer experience. The solution includes 'intuitive' visualization tools and advanced reporting to promise businesses a comprehensive overview of brand and customer performance for use across business units and departments. Emplifi says a key benefit is a boost to collaborative working, bringing together social media and other marketers, e-commerce teams, care center personnel, management and executives on a single platform where they can analyze and leverage shared data and analytics.
