In the US, full-service user and customer experience agency Key Lime Interactive (KLI) has promoted Eugenio Santiago to the role of company President. Founder Ania Rodriguez has stepped down as CEO, but remains Chairwoman of the Board.
KLI is a strategy services agency which helps companies build better brand experiences, products and services, and focuses on enabling client teams to use consumer insights and UX data at all phases of product development, from strategy to implementation.
Santiago (pictured) joined the firm more than fourteen years ago, and most recently served as SVP of User Research. Before this he was CX Research / UX Consultant for Keynote Systems; and Market Research Analyst as the Brand Institute. He is credited with creating the methodology that is used to conduct KLI's competitive indices, which have grown from a single report back in 2012, to a division of KLI's business which releases more than ten reports spanning a variety of industries, including mobile banking, home and renters insurance, and auto insurance.
In his new role, Santiago is tasked with leading the company through its next phase of growth. Rodriguez comments: 'Eugenio is not only an expert researcher; he understands the ins and outs of our business and has been at the forefront of shaping our culture since the beginning. As President of Key Lime Interactive, Eugenio will continue to lead the company with customer-centric vision, expertise, and empathy'.
