UK-based ThisThat, a data company focused on influencer marketing measurement, has appointed Lucy Schofield as Finance Director and Joe Adsett as Growth Director, as it gears up for growth in 2024.
The company promises marketers answers to three questions: what happened, why did it happen, and what do we do next to grow ROI. Its campaign insights are centred around measurement of brand lift, with 'a continuous loop of measure, learn, optimise, and repeat'.
Schofield (pictured top) is a Chartered Accountant with more than a decade of experience in senior finance positions, including scaling SaaS businesses. Recently she co-founded and led Finance for SaaS well-being benefits company Pirkx. Adsett (below) was a client of ThisThat for more than two years. In 2016 he founded Unieed, a media-buying agency that specialised in managing content-driven campaigns for leading outdoor and cycling brands across the world, and which he sold five years later.
The pair will join the existing leadership team including co-founders Max Osborne and Dominic Ivison. Osborne comments: 'We couldn't be more excited to have Joe Adsett leading our growth initiatives and welcoming Lucy Schofield as our Finance Director. ThisThat is currently in the midst of a period of intense growth, and with Joe and Lucy on board, we are even more poised for success. Our leadership team already includes exceptional individuals like Dylan - our VP of Technology - who leads all engineering and data innovations, and Steph, who ensures our clients get the most value out of our products as VP of Client Services. The addition of Lucy and Joe further solidifies our position in the market'.
