Trio of Senior Hires for TalentNeuron

In New York, former Gartner subsidiary TalentNeuron has appointed Bijoy Verghese as CFO, Jason Roberts as COO and David Wilkins as VP of Marketing.

The company serves labor market data and analytics for corporate human resource and talent analytics functions in major companies, government organizations and educational institutions, using proprietary data normalization and enrichment methods to integrate disparate, unstructured data. Insights can be delivered to clients via SaaS, DaaS (data as a service) or fully custom research. Ten months ago it was acquired from tech consulting giant Gartner by NY-based investor Leeds Equity Partners.

Verghese will lead the finance, HR and legal functions, and brings more than fifteen years of leadership experience in complex global business environments. For the last two years he has worked as SVP Global Finance at productivity software firm Ivanti, and before that he spent four years at RentPath, latterly as CFO. Prior to this, in a total of a dozen years at Discovery, he worked his way up from Financial Analyst to VP Finance.

Roberts joins TalentNeuron with more than 25 years of software and service experience. He began his career as a Consultant at Accenture, then spent a decade at analytics company FICO, then eight years in Customer Success roles at iModules Software. Since 2022 he has held COO roles at WorkN and Avionte Staffing Software.

Wilkins brings more than twenty years' experience of marketing, thought leadership and product strategy in the human capital management industry, from roles including Head of Taleo Research and Chief Marketing and Strategy Officer at HealthcareSource.
