Senior Hires for Incentives Specialist Ayda

London-based research operations platform Ayda, which facilitates fast and easy payment of incentives to respondents, has appointed Susie Spencer as Digital Product Design Consultant, and Ben Leet and Laura Lilienthal in contract / 'fractional' roles as CFOO and CMO respectively.

Ayda allows clients to make instant incentive payouts to research respondents, both direct to their bank account and to other destinations. A week ago it expanded its offer to include payments in USD and Euros - and its country coverage to 52 states worldwide.

Spencer (pictured top left), a former Ayda customer, takes the title of Digital Product Design Consultant, leading development of the firm's platform. Her twenty years of experience in digital products / UX roles includes time at Walmart and SimpleUsability.

Leet (top right) brings 23 years of experience including five years at uSamp / Instantly, and stints at Dalia and YouGov. In 2018 he joined Delineate, and in 2021 he became its CEO - he stepped down in April this year and has since taken 'fractional' roles (part-time) including for Ayda and for mobile survey tech company Livepanel where he is a Strategic Advisor.

Lilienthal (pictured below) has 23 years' experience in digital marketing, including extensive involvement in bringing B2B software platforms to international markets. She spent five years at the University of Auckland, NZ, and more recently has served in lead marketing roles for mapping software firm eSpatial, Salesforce partner Tquila, IoT platform EVRYTHNG and tech community Spiceworks. In her new job she will work to drive Ayda's continued expansion in Europe and North America.
