US-based B2B data and software firm ZoomInfo has launched Copilot, an AI-powered solution promising to bring its data together with a client company's first party CRM data and provide insights for use by salespeople.
ZoomInfo holds firmographic, technographic, contact and intent data on around 100 million businesspeople worldwide, has been established for around twenty years and was acquired in 2019 by DiscoverOrg. The new ZoomInfo Copilot promises salespeople 'powerful AI-guided recommendations about who to contact, when to engage them, and even what to say across every channel'.
Among other features the tool produces a personalized, prioritized home page for each salesperson; filters to find the members of a potential client company's buying committee it believes are 'most likely to engage'; pulls account insights and intent signals from ZoomInfo's sales intelligence data; and drafts emails.
Founder and CEO Henry Schuck (pictured) says the new tool 'gives GTM (Go-To-Market) teams an unfair advantage', adding: 'We've harnessed the power of AI to transform the workflow of modern sales teams. Sellers can leverage ZoomInfo's unrivaled data as they mobilize impactful, AI-recommended insights across channels and drive personalized engagement, all in one user-friendly platform'.
