New Features for Analysis Platform SurveyMind

SurveyMind, a UK-based AI transcription and analysis start-up, has announced upgrades including single-click analysis of transcripts to reveal key themes, differences and connections between a predefined set of interviews.

Users can also now assign recordings and transcripts to multiple projects, and have the reassurance of Cyber Essentials certification of the company's data security practices. A new pricing model caters for organizations with anything from a handful of projects to a hundred, and new customers can try out the solution for free for a limited time.

Co-founder Alex Sunley says the new features 'represent a significant leap forward in the ability of researchers to compile and understand rapid insights, streamlining the analysis process further'.
