InnovateMR Strengthens Text Analyzer Tool

May 30 2024

In the US, research tech and sample solutions firm InnovateMR has upgraded its Text Analyzer product, which streamlines the analysis of open-ended text responses.

Lisa Wilding-BrownBased in Calabasas, CA, the company provides tech solutions for agile research, and operates panels of diverse business and consumer audiences. In January 2023 it acquired Ivy Exec, giving its clients access to a network of more than 2.5 million B2B professionals for qualitative research.

Text Analyzer uses a patent-pending engine that evaluates and filters open-ended responses in real time 'to ensure only high-quality, relevant data reaches researchers'. The firm says this includes identifying and filtering out profanities, spelling errors, duplications, gibberish, automated responses and those with unnatural timing - as well as any Personally identifiable information (PII). A proprietary algorithm checks responses immediately for contextual relevance, 'catching' problematic replies in real time; and the latest iteration offers support for US and UK English, Spanish, French and German, with more languages to be added soon.

The upgraded version can be used ad hoc or integrated seamlessly into existing survey platforms via an API - and features a customisable dashboard. CEO Lisa Wilding-Brown (pictured) comments: 'At InnovateMR, innovation isn't just in our name - it's our driving force. The enhanced Text Analyzer exemplifies our commitment to providing cutting-edge solutions that empower researchers to focus on analyzing authentic feedback without the distraction of poor-quality data'.
