Partners Cint and Conjointly Target Survey Fraud

June 13 2024

Sample marketplace and research tech firm Cint has a new partnership with all-in-one survey research platform Conjointly, aiming to improve data quality and reduce survey fraud for their users, including 'ghost completes'.

Harvey TranThe Cint Exchange platform is the world's largest sample marketplace for digital MR, allowing clients to post survey questions to samples taken from around 335 million opt-in participants from 130 countries. The company is listed on Nasdaq Stockholm and employs more than 1,000 people in locations including Stockholm, London, New York, New Orleans, Singapore, Gurgaon and Sydney.

Conjointly began life in 2016 as an online tool for conjoint analysis, and has evolved into an all-in-one survey research platform giving clients access to millions of respondents, support from researchers, and advanced tools also including monadic tests and AI summaries of open-ended text. The partnership sees the two firms directly connected via a server-to-server integration - already live - which promises to streamline the survey distribution process and reduce the risk of fraudulent responses. 'Ghost completes' are responses that appear to be complete but lack any real data from a respondent.

Conjointly founder Nik Samoylov comments: 'We are delighted to announce this partnership with Cint. Data quality and fraud prevention have been long-standing challenges in the market research industry. By integrating with Cint, we help Conjointly users receive high quality insights from real, engaged respondents'. For Cint, Head of Customer Success ANZ Harvey Tran (pictured) comments: 'Ensuring that our partners receive the best quality data is a top priority at Cint, and we're very pleased to continue working closely with Nik and Conjointly as we've been doing over the years. We strongly believe that this partnership will yield great results for their users, taking the next step in the continued development of industry best practice'.

The partners are on the web at www.cint.com and www.conjointly.com .
