Programmatic media firm MiQ has promoted Charlie Neer and Erin Madorsky to serve as co-Chief Executive Officers for the US.
MiQ operates as a programmatic media partner for marketers and agencies, bringing together data from multiple sources to help clients with data science, analytics and programmatic trading. The firm is headquartered in London and has eighteen offices located across North America, Europe and Asia Pacific.
Neer (pictured top), formerly MiQ's US Chief Commercial Officer, will oversee the firm's revenue generation and delivery teams, ensuring the evolution of its commercial approach, trading practices and service models. Madorsky (pictured below), who moves up from Chief Strategy Officer, will lead the departments that support commercial efforts including US product, marketing, sales strategy and strategic partnerships.
MiQ says that under the pair's leadership to date the US market has consistently surpassed its growth targets, the result of 'groundbreaking partnerships with key clients'; a new verticalized approach to products, marketing and enablement; and the launch of a revenue operations practice enhancing automation and transparency.
Among their key aims as joint CEOs will be strategic investment to 'bolster' the company's technology - especially AI; expand its product suite; double down on industry partnerships; and continue to recruit and develop top talent.
Co-founder and Global CEO Gurman Hundal comments: 'For years, Erin and Charlie have been architects of our success in the US, and their appointment as co-CEOs is a testament to their outstanding leadership and the trust we have in their collective vision'.
