PureSpectrum Hires for DACH Expansion

Research tech company PureSpectrum has appointed Khoa Phan as its Director of Business Development for the DACH region, where it aims to expand rapidly.

Headquartered in California and launched in 2016 by former Cint US MD Michael McCrary, PureSpectrum provides a programmatic marketplace and sample management platform, as well as a respondent-level scoring system called PureScore, designed to block 'low-quality' respondents from taking surveys and upgraded last year.

Phan (pictured) brings more than nine years of industry experience to the role. He worked as an Account Manager at Lightspeed Research before joining Dynata (then Research Now SSI) in September 2018, and rose to Director of Sales before leaving just under a year ago for a brief spell at Cint.
