In the US, insights industry growth and performance marketing agency Growgetter has announced details of seven recent hires, as it pursues its own 'aggressive growth trajectory'.
The consultancy was launched fifteen months ago by serial research tech entrepreneur Kristin Luck and former Voxpopme Chief Revenue Officer Jenn Mancusi, with the aim of helping data, insights and analytics firms develop through data-driven marketing strategies focused on generating ROI. The firm's offer includes marketing strategy and positioning, performance marketing and lead generation tactics driven by digital and social media activation.
Cathy Lindquist joined in April as fractional CFO, having most recently served as CFO of Material+, and earlier spent more than fourteen years at WPP, including CFO positions at both Millward Brown and Added Value. Gayle Rocco brings twenty years of experience to her new role as the firm's in-house Graphic Design and Brand Strategist - including nearly a decade at healthcare talent solutions company AMN Healthcare, as well as contract work for Dynata and CureMetrix.
Tiffany Putvain joins as an Account Manager, with fourteen years of agency and operations experience including six in marketing roles at Lovingly, an online solution for florists; while Maya Barber has joined as Growth Catalyst Manager, with seven years' experience including sales and marketing roles as well as running her own business selling organic plant-based juices.
Growgetter has also added three people to its content marketing team, bringing writing and SEO expertise: Sarah Cuellar, who spent around five years as Marketing Strategy and Content Manager at fractional CMO services company 8 Signal; Chelsea Rivera, who spent more than six years working across three pets & veterinary sector companies, in SEO, Head of Content and Head of Customer Services roles; and Orlando Rodriguez, who brings seven years of content management and copywriting experience.
'We're thrilled with the caliber of talent that has joined Growgetter this year' says CEO Mancusi. 'Each of these individuals brings unique expertise and fresh perspectives that will be instrumental in reaching our global expansion goals. Their contributions have already made a significant impact on our business and our clients'. The firm says it doubled its client base in the first half of the year and expects similar growth in the second half.
