Captify Hires for New Role of President, International

Search intelligence platform Captify has appointed former IPG Group and Hearst UK exec Jane Wolfson in the new role of President, International, overseeing its commercial business outside North America. This includes leading teams in the UK and Australia.

Jane WolfsonCaptify is majority-owned by US private equity firm SFW Capital and calls itself 'the largest holder of onsite search data outside the walled gardens'. The firm processes search data from more than two billion devices and more than 3 million web sites globally, for use in omnichannel programmatic advertising and to provide real-time insights for clients. In June it announced its Search Lift measurement would be integrated into the sports sponsorship management suite of a new partner, analytics platform ReloMetrics.

Wolfson (pictured) was most recently Chief Commercial Officer at Hearst UK, responsible for leading its commercial arm as well as that of Hearst Global Solutions, driving advertising revenue and media partnerships across 20 multi-platform brands. Earlier in her career she worked in leadership roles at firms including media agency Initiative, part of IPG Group.

Starting in mid-September, she will be based in London and report directly to Captify CEO Mike Welch, who comments: 'I'm delighted to welcome a leader of Jane's calibre to Captify. She will lead our next phase of growth in our home market of the UK, our key Australian market, and be responsible for cultivating future growth internationally. Jane's experience from her leadership roles at agencies and publishers, as well as her industry relationships in the UK, make her the ideal leader to drive our international business forward'.

Former InMobi ANZ Country Manager Jaclyn Hadidam who joined Captify recently as MD for Captify Australia, will now report directly to Wolfson.
