The Insights Family Hires Six in London and New York

Kids and family market intelligence specialist The Insights Family, headquartered in Manchester, UK, has added Joe Timson as EVP of Revenue, and Greg Dagger as VP of Customer Success in London, while Ryan McGilvray, Grace Forrest, Carolyn Goletz and Christie Crossman have joined in New York.

Joe TimsonThe firm, which includes brands Kids Insights and Parents Insights, provides real-time data on the attitudes, behaviour and consumption patterns of kids, teens, parents and families, based on interviews with c.700,000 family members each year, from 22 countries on six continents.

The company says it is 'poised for growth' following significant investment from UK and Ireland investor BGF, with US expansion high on the agenda.

Timson (pictured) joins with more than fifteen years' experience in research tech, including spells at GWI, Zappi, MindProber, Kantar and Loops. In his new role he will lead the company's sales, customer success and partnerships teams.

Dagger has spent the last dozen years at YouGov, leading its client team and supporting the growth and expansion of its product portfolio. His new employer says his 'unique expertise in productising client needs' will play a pivotal role in shaping its go-to-market strategy.

McGilvray and Forrest worked previously as Account Executives at Brandwatch and assume the same title at The Insights Family. Goletz was a Senior Customer Success Manager at GWI and takes that title again now, while Crossman's previous experience includes roles at Forrester, C Space and M3 Global Research - she will serve as an Account Executice. Timson says the expertise of the four new Big Apple recruits 'will enable us to better serve our US customers locally and fully capitalise on the incredible potential the North American market represents'.

Insights Family CEO Tom Williams comments: 'Our decision to establish teams in London and New York stems from our commitment to better serve the US and UK markets, seize on emerging opportunities, and strengthen our relationships with existing clients'.

The company has also announced recent partnerships with anime library Crunchyroll, and with The Roald Dahl Story Company - now owned by Netflix - to help understand their markets and expand.
