Prodege Debuts AI-Based 'Qual at Quant Scale' Feature

In California, marketing and insights platform Prodege has launched a conversational AI feature allowing simultaneous engagement with multiple survey participants. The firm says this 'elevates excellent qualitative research to a quantitative scale'.

Its growth has been boosted by acquisitions, including those of German tech-based market research and sample supply company BitBurst, mobile survey platform Pollfish, and digital ad company AdGate Media.

The firm says the launch follows stringent testing and numerous successful projects with Fortune 500 brands. A key requirement flagged up by the testing is for respondents to be truly engaged at the start of the process: the firm says that 'while not surprising this is a good reminder that the quality of the input is still heavily responsible for the quality of the output'.

The new solution offers real-time interactions with large groups of real people, and can be used to conduct follow-up surveys with the same respondent group.

CEO Chuck Davis (pictured) says the new feature is 'a testament to our relentless pursuit of excellence and our dedication to empowering clients with the best tools available'. He adds: 'We believe our conversational survey tool is a game-changer that will transform how our clients engage with their audiences and collect valuable data'.
