Arizona-based Ironwood Insights Group (IIG) has appointed Angela Quinn in the role of Sales Director.
Founded in 2017, Ironwood offers a full suite of data collection and insights capabilities, customizing a range of research solutions to meet individual client needs. They include research design, qual and quant data collection, data processing, analytics, reporting and dashboards / visualization. In February this year it announced the acquisition of Maryland-based qual provider The Research Group and its focus groups and recruiting division Observation Baltimore. It also bought data collection company Discovery Research Group (DRG), back in 2019.
Quinn brings experience in sales and customer relationship management roles in online and telephone research firms - she spent more than four years at Dallas-based b2b data collection firm Currant Fielding Solutions, most of it as Sales and Marketing Director, and for the last year has served as a Customer Relationship Manager at Boston Research Services. Ironwood says she brings 'effervescent enthusiasm and knowledge' to her new role spreading the word about the firm's fully integrated full-service capabilities, and that her arrival will 'further fuels its rapid expansion plans'.
