Former Toluna VP Day Joins InnovateMR

In Calabasas, CA, MR tech and sample firm InnovateMR has appointed longtime Toluna exec Carmen Day as Vice President, Global Operations.

Carmen DayInnovate provides tech solutions for agile research and operates panels of a wide range of business and consumer audiences. In early 2023 it acquired Ivy Exec, giving its clients access to a network of more than 2.5 million professionals for B2B qual research, and in May this year it upgraded its open-ended response analysis tool Text Analyzer.

Day (pictured) has worked in operational roles in MR during a twenty-year career-to-date, covering data analysis, project management, field management and global training. She brings a deep understanding of global privacy regulations, and expertise in managing large teams in cross-cultural workplaces. The last fifteen years of this were at Toluna, where she oversaw teams in Canada, the USA, India and Brazil, and worked most recently as Vice President, Client Services, Americas. Before this she worked at Coalition Greenwich (a division of financial services sector analytics and insights firm CRISIL.

She holds a degree in Sociology from Western University, and as a mentor with Women In Research (WIRe) has been providing guidance to women in both Toronto and Delhi since 2020.
