Full Circle Hires to Boost Operations

US-based panel company Full Circle Research has appointed former Dynata researcher Jess Daniele as a Senior Business Unit Leader in its Operations team.

Launched in 2013 by Adam Weinstein and Nathan Lynch, Full Circle prides itself on data quality, having been ISO certified for around ten years and co-founded the global ISO awareness campaign #QualityForAll - it's also GDPR-certified. The firm operates Survey Roundtable, a proprietary panel and InstaConnect, a programmatic solution that captures the hardest-to-reach audiences. Its anti-fraud system includes respondent security screening tech HoNoR and a pattern recognition system called Watchdog. Headquarters are in the Washington DC area, with more than twenty offices in nine other states, and in 2022 it opened its first international office, in Paris.

Daniele (pictured) brings more than fifteen years' experience in project and customer management, and began her MR ops career at what was then Survey Sampling International and is now part of Dynata. She rose to Lead Project Manager, overseeing global clients totaling $10m in annual revenue, and then moved into HR, where she grew and looked after a team of fourteen. Latterly she worked as Account Director, Sales - East MRA.

In her new role she will be responsible for managing survey programming, sample deployment and data deliverables for key clients.
