SurveyMonkey Adds Analysis and Sharing Tools to Genius

October 10 2024

Online surveys and forms company SurveyMonkey has launched a new suite of analysis, sharing and collaboration tools within its Genius AI environment, aimed at non-specialist teams within businesses.

Samuel BakouchGenius uses AI and machine learning to rapidly build surveys and find insights, and the new features make it easier to analyze multiple surveys in one place, removing the need to export data.

The firm says users can now 'effortlessly' combine and analyze data from multiple surveys within a single environment; centralize analysis within new interactive, customisable dashboards, and track key metrics over time; pin custom interactive charts to a SurveyMonkey shared dashboard for easy internal collaboration; and view survey metadata such as language and custom variables in a multi-survey dashboard.

SVP Product Management Samuel Bakouch (pictured) comments: 'Many of our customers collect complex feedback, and they need solutions that scale with their evolving needs. They recognize that a snapshot in time isn't enough to truly understand their customers, employees, or prospects, but data is only valuable if it allows you to connect the dots. These new capabilities empower users to turn an overload of data into actionable impact, staying ahead of the curve no matter their industry'.

The features are available now at no additional cost for the firm's clients on its Advantage Annual plans and above.
