BVA BDRC has appointed former Verve UX Research Lead Jodie Holland as a Research Director, with particular expertise working among financial and retail brands.

BDRC was established in 1991, and in 2018 was acquired by French research and consultancy company BVA. The group now comprises full service agency BVA BDRC, mystery shopping and store observation firm ESA Retail, digital agency Alligator, operations business Perspective Research Services, and facility and qual recruitment firm Viewpoint.
Holland spent six years as an Associate Director at Verve, after spells at ICM, Leapfrog Research and Planning, and Basis Research where she was a Research Manager. At Verve she worked across a range of industries including finance, utilities, telecoms, tech retail, media, and health and beauty.
Her experience includes collaborating with major financial brands to develop their fintech capabilities and customer journeys, collaborating with utilities companies to enhance their digital communication channels, supporting tech companies with new product development, and work with leading retail brands to elevate their in-store and digital retail experience.
