New York-based video campaign delivery and analysis firm Simulmedia has launched Skybeam, a CTV ad platform which it says is 'designed to make high-impact TV campaigns accessible to everyone... with no complex tech or giant budgets required'. The platform includes tools to forecast and track performance.

Simulmedia's Performance TV is a suite of products powered by a patented, AI-driven TV+ analytics and activation platform and delivering targeted video ad campaigns across all streaming and linear TV channels for more than 100 top brands. It claims to be 'the only company to guarantee campaign performance, whether the goal is reach, custom targeting, or ROI'.
Skybeam offers more than 250 advanced targeting options - advertisers can choose their audience across multiple networks and streaming services, based on demographics, interests, and behavioral attributes - and a TV Impact Forecaster allows them to predict and visualize likely outcomes, optimize essential metrics and plan campaigns. Actual performance can be tracked in real time via detailed reporting on impressions, ROAS and other critical metrics.
