Survey-based consumer behavior and trend tracking firm Morning Consult has unveiled a suite of artificial intelligence tools promising to help users unlock smarter, faster insights from the company proprietary data.
Morning Consult provides decision intelligence to firms and governments worldwide, conducting around 15,000 new interviews each day - its data now encompasses feedback from around 30 million interviews conducted across more than 40 countries.
The new AI suite has been piloted among a core set of the firm's corporate and agency clients, and features a chatbot providing 'instant answers to complex questions', based on training using the company's database of audience, brand, economic and political perceptions. Morning Consult says it is also developing AI assistants across its product to automate manual processes like building custom audiences or generating insights from data visualizations; and AI agents to automate common use cases like brand and trend reports, to allow users to focus on key tasks.
CEO Michael Ramlet (pictured) says the new tool 'represents the next leap forward in decision intelligence' and will 'enable users to identify trends, track brand sentiment, and forecast consumer behavior with a level of speed and precision previously out of reach'.
