In Seattle, AI-powered customer data specialist Amperity has appointed Rob Ferguson as its new Chief Revenue Officer, replacing Chris Polishuk who moves to become Chief Sales Officer.
Amperity helps clients 'stitch together' all their customer interactions in a unified view and seamlessly connect it to marketing tools. This year the company added two new generative AI capabilities, Explore and Assist, and a first-party data advertising graph, allowing for regular measurement of digital ad campaign impact across online and off-line sales, and optimization of the return.
Polishuk joined the company in the CRO role only in August, but freed up the role last month by moving to the lead Sales position. Ferguson brings more than twenty years of experience scaling go-to-market organizations, most recently as CRO at AI decision intelligence leader Virtualitics, and before that at Automation Anywhere. Earlier he spent eleven years at Salesforce, latterly as EVP leading national and global teams serving many of the CRM giant's largest customers. In his new role he is charged with accelerating the company's 'strong market momentum'.
'I'm incredibly excited and confident in Rob's leadership as we enter our next phase of growth as a company' says CEO Tony Owens. 'Together, we share a commitment to driving exceptional customer value through innovative data and AI capabilities. With Rob's leadership, we'll continue to prioritize what matters most - empowering our customers with rapid, actionable insights that drive meaningful business outcomes'.
The company was founded in 2016 and operates globally with offices in Seattle, New York City, London and Melbourne. Web site: www.amperity.com .
