Consumer product and media intelligence provider Mintel has launched Spark, a rapid concept generation and testing tool for CPG companies.
Headquartered in London, founded in the 1970s and known for its consumer market reports, Mintel now has more than 1,100 employees in thirteen global offices, combining syndicated tools with custom insight solutions. The firm's Global New Products Database (GNPD) captures data for more than 40,000 new products monthly across 86 locations.
The new Mintel Spark solution brings together consumer and market insights to reveal opportunities and create a range of detailed, data-driven concepts. For this it taps Mintel's extensive library of expert written reports and insights, along with AI-powered generation of mock-ups images, promising to 'instantly bring the concepts to life'. Ideas can be customised and refined throughout the process.
