Thryv Launches Small Business Metrics Reporting Center

US-based small business software platform Thryv has launched a Reporting Center, which delivers key business metrics in a visual format, complete with mobile access, to help small business owners reduce inefficiencies, improve customer experience and drive sales.

Thryv's platform promises small businesses 'everything they need to manage day-to-day operations and grow efficiently', including sales and marketing features: the new Thryv Reporting Center promises 'timely insights' for assessing the effectiveness of sales and marketing efforts and reacting quickly to emerging trends. The platform offers five out-of-the-box reports: a review of the sales process; Know Your Customer: a visual depiction of the end-to-end customer journey; measurement of team performance; appointments, identifying peak or high traffic times to help balance workloads; and SMS and Email Marketing giving a picture of campaign performance.

Clients can customize reports or select from a template library, and can drill down for more detail on key areas. All reports can be accessed by mobile.
