Tel Aviv-based conversation analyst Novacy is to be acquired by Boston, MA-based B2B sales intelligence company Lusha, for an undisclosed sum. Lusha says the buy will help position it as an end-to-end solution for the sales process from prospecting and outreach, through sales call optimization to deal closing.

Lusha is led by CEO Yoni Tserruya and provides B2B sales intelligence solutions based around a database of more than 155 million business profiles.
Novacy combines AI-driven analysis of text, voice and body language in virtual sales calls - 'what's been said, and what's been felt throughout the meeting', promising clients the ability to 'read the Zoom like you read the room'. This is combined with comprehensive tools to assist the sales process and train salespeople for better performance in the crucial moments of a deal.
