Marketing data platform provider Zeta Global has appointed former Oracle Group VP and General Manager Pamela Lord as President of Customer Relationship Management (CRM). She succeeds Matthew Mobley, who becomes COO.

Pamela LordZeta's platform helps clients to uncover consumer intent and personalize experiences. The firm's Marketing Cloud, launched in 2018, combines identity, intelligence and omnichannel activation, backed by one of the industry's largest proprietary databases. Three months ago Zeta announced it would acquire targeted marketing firm LiveIntent for a total consideration of $250m.

Lord (pictured) brings twenty-five years' experience in marketing tech, most recently from Oracle, where she was responsible for B2B and B2C marketing cloud customers.
