Zeta's platform helps clients to uncover consumer intent and personalize experiences. The firm's Marketing Cloud, launched in 2018, combines identity, intelligence and omnichannel activation, backed by one of the industry's largest proprietary databases. Three months ago Zeta announced it would acquire targeted marketing firm LiveIntent for a total consideration of $250m.
Lord (pictured) brings twenty-five years' experience in marketing tech, most recently from Oracle, where she was responsible for B2B and B2C marketing cloud customers. Before this she worked as SVP of Digital Solutions at Publicis subsidiary Epsilon, overseeing its global digital messaging business and serving as a strategic advisor and executive sponsor to key customers. In her new role, reporting directly to company President Steven Gerber, she is responsible for go-to-market strategy and customer development efforts across Zeta's CDP, ESP and mobile solutions.
Co-founder, Chairman and CEO David A. Steinberg comments: 'Pam is a powerhouse in the martech industry, bringing a unique combination of strategic vision, operational excellence and a laser focus on client results'. Gerber adds, 'Pam's expertise comes at a transformative time for Zeta and the marketing industry. As generative AI reshapes the landscape, her exceptional ability to lead through change and deliver outstanding results makes her the ideal leader to elevate Zeta's CRM business, deepen customer success and amplify the impact of our platform'.
Zeta was founded in 2007 by Steinberg and John Sculley and is headquartered in New York City, with offices around the world and web site at www.zetaglobal.com .
