Touchstone Promotes for COO Role

In the US, consumer insights firm Touchstone Research (TSR) has promoted fifteen-year company veteran Travis Santa to Chief Operating Officer.

Travis SantaFounded in 1991, TSR is a full-service MR firm headquartered in New Haven, Connecticut, with expertise in sectors including youth and family, media and entertainment, technology, UX, toy and doll, CPG, food and beverage, apparel and retail, and VR/AR. The firm offers qual and quant research, technology and proprietary methodologies.

Santa (pictured) served in the CT Army National Guard for eight years, including service in Afghanistan, before joining Touchstone in 2009 as Director of Operations. He was promoted to VP and Data Privacy & Security Officer in 2016. His expertise in data security, operational excellence, organizational management, systems operations and client services has helped fuel the company's growth and inspire client confidence. He has also just completed two years as Chairman of the Board of CIRQ (Certification Institute for Research Quality), within the Insights Association, having earlier served as Treasurer.

In his new role he will oversee the company's strategic operations and day-to-day functions.
